How the network is curated.
Network membership reflects published, applied criteria. The criteria below are kept deliberately simple and are reviewed regularly.
Registration & compliance
Providers operate under appropriate Australian regulation (AHPRA registration for relevant clinicians, ABN, professional indemnity, relevant accreditation where applicable).
Clinical scope clarity
Providers describe the conditions, populations and intensities they are equipped to support — so we don't refer outside scope.
Funding pathway transparency
Providers list which funding pathways they accept and any out-of-pocket considerations.
Communication standards
Network members commit to acknowledging referrals promptly and updating referrers on intake outcomes.
Feedback & review
Referrer and patient feedback is collected periodically and considered in ongoing network membership.
No paid prominence
Paid membership does not guarantee referrals, higher ranking or preferential placement. Referrals are guided by suitability and published network criteria.
Network membership
There is no fee to apply. Approved providers may later be invited to participate through a transparent network membership model.
